Dr. Bach Flowers remedies have been discovered in UK and used all over the world for 70 years . Many of us know  or have heard about them but for me, after having used them for decades for myself and my loved ones.

Although at the moment I am waiting to receive the Certification, having attended the Level 1-2-3 from the Dr.Bach Centre in UK , I can start to help people.

Emotional imbalances are linked to physical disorders and with the gentle and subtle help of the simple Dr.Bach Flower system I am happy to support the people's journey to restore their emotional imbalances.

As the System doesn't have connection or relation with any physical discomfort, emotional status such Fear, Anger, Stress, Loneliness, Despondency, Insomnia, Moodiness, PMT, Menopause, Coping with pressure, Mid life crisis, Retirement, Babies issues and many more are the feelings and emotions that effect us to the point that the physical disorders can appear.

Dr. Bach remedies is a safe, non toxic, not addictive , not interfering with any medication whatsoever. It is a simple system that we all may use to help to bring back a health and balance on an emotional level. The objective is to provide self-help and to empower ourself.

My consultations are both online or face-to-face that are private and secure in the absolutely respect of Dr.Bach teaching and rules.

In a one hour session, as a Practitioner my role is to listen to your story and feelings to help you unveil the underlying issues, then together identifying the appropriate remedies, how to use them to restore your inner equilibrium .
