The T&C apply to this website and to registering with, accessing or otherwise using this website, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions and the use of this website implies the knowledge and acceptance of its terms.
After your booking you will receive:
An email confirmation
A Consent form
For your first appointment a Questionaire ( To be completed and forwarded to me no less than 48 hrs before the appointment . See later its specs.)
Invoicing and Payment:
You will receive a confirmation and invoice before your appointment. The invoice should be paid via bank transfer within 48 hours before your appointment.
Cancellation and rescheduling:

Cancellation Terms:
Cancellations made with less than 2 full working days’ notice ( 48 hours) will incur a 50% charge of the appointment fee.
Cancellations made within 1 full working day (24 hours) of the scheduled appointment time will be charged in full.
If an appointment is not attended without prior notice, will be charged in full.
Rescheduling:
If an appointment time needs to be changed, please allow 3 working days notice.
If an appointment is not attended without prior notice, will be charged in full.
Terminating the relationship:
It might be possible that both client and practitioner decide to interrupt the consultation programme before the period agreed :
The client reserves the right to cease the wellness support at any point they choose.
The practitioner Patrizia Rosi t/a NatuRemedie reserves the right to terminate the therapeutic relationship with the client at any point, if she feels no longer able to act as Consultant for a client, or if she feels it would consider not productive to continue, either for the client or herself.
The Consultation and the process
The consultation is the only way to receive suggestions or herbal remedies.
You might decide to have 15 min. Free Zoom Video Discovery Call to present your concerns and understand the potential support I might provide you.
Once you confirm your booking with the payment, you will receive your Questionnaire to be fulfilled and return to me at least 2 days before your visit.
The Questionnaire is sent via email and you are responsible to fill the correct information which will be used to assess your status and concerns.
What is the Questionnaire ?
It is a guideline for you to contemplate your health issues with details that might be forgotten at the moment of the consultation. It gives to me a feel for the purpose of your visit and your current symptoms within the context of your history and current lifestyle. It helps me with some details that I can refer back to when creating your programme .

Free check about your progress, questions and updating will be part of the process in between each step of the process, every week, via email or video phone call .
It is essential to understand that a minimum of three months is required to begin or to make changes , with a commitment to longer program if necessary. The length it will depend on the ailment considered and your improvement which is monitored through the period.

Herbal Remedies:
As a registered Herbalist, it is part of the code of ethics that I adhere to, that I cannot sell you herbs without a consultation first. This is to make sure that you’ll always be getting the herbs that are suited to you, and your health. If another herbalist has made you a prescription, that you are no longer able to see, I will need to still see you for a consultation before dispensing herbs for you.
As the herbal products are made based on your own program , they are non- returnable and non- refundable.
Payment:
The Consultations will be paid 2 days before the appointment scheduled . An invoice will be sent via email with the amount and bank details .
The Herbal Remedies will be paid separately and based on the programme agreed.
You can pay them via bank transfer .
Refund :
For appointments only, please allow us 5 working days to process it. The amount will be credit to your method of payment.
Gift Cards can be requested and they are non- refundable.
Herbal remedies are non-refundable for any reason.
Delivery / Shipment
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for any herbal products may be sent to you over courier or post 1st class.
Shipping costs are non-refundable at any moment.
Third-party property
Our website may include hyperlinks or other references to other party’s websites. We do not monitor or review the content of other party’s websites which are linked to from this website. Products or services offered by other websites shall be subject to the applicable Terms and Conditions of those third parties.
