THE SYMPHONIC BODY OF LIFE

"WHY AN ORCHESTRA INSPIRED ME"
I have been at many live concerts and many different artists but there is always a first time for a new experience.
I attended a concert by the Royal Albert Hall Orchestra performing the live score to the film *Interstellar* which was truly "interstellar," thanks to the magnificent music, but what was truly extraordinary was the effect it had on the audience.
The emotional depth created by the orchestra and the film's visuals transported us out of our immediate reality and for me it gave me a profound insight. I saw people at any age transported into it and emotionally involved.
Then my thoughts go to imagine that we are like an orchestra and as Prime Violin and a Conductors, we have the capability to draw the best sound from every organ, gland, and system of the body. In doing so, we learn to create harmonious music within ourselves and in our lives—music that is in tune with divine harmony with what truly matters.
We are surrounded by magnificent musicians who—when well-conducted—are capable of playing extraordinary music; when we are in harmony with ourselves, everything around us resonates in the same way. New forms of connection emerge—with family, friends, society, and at work—but above all, with ourselves.
In that moment, we realise what truly matters in life and just how precious it is.
We possess a treasure that we must nurture and heal but very often we forget it and we tend to put the responsibility of bad music into other hands because it may be too late or because we simply do not believe in ourself.
If we can focus on what we can do for ourselves—for our mental and physical health—instead of dwelling on negativity such as guilt, anger, jealousy, loneliness, or sorrow, or living in the past we can help and support each single orchestra member to get back on its tune when is not.
Falling ill is the moment when we truly grasp how fleeting we are and how little control we have over the events. It is the moment we seek help—because we are compelled to do so, and because we come to understand ourselves better.
We have the power to decide to think, see and act positively to support our own healing .
Orchestra members are individuals, yet when seated together, they all find their own way of interpreting the music.
The Conductor leads the orchestra’s tuning directing a cohesive high quality sound and a strong conductor raises the orchestra’s level to produce an enchanting moment for inspirations.
We can look after ourself and listen our body’s music to correct and intervening when out of tune supporting the emotional imbalances and the technical or physical disorders with the help of the botanical world who play a fantastic and harmonious music, if we just want to listen…
